The Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network has just endorsed the HCV Manifesto which outlines the rights of HCV+ people. Based on a similar document for people with HIV/AIDS, it uses the principles of GIPA/MIPA (promoting greater involvement and participation of infected people in the organizations, policies, and decisions which affect them).
