HepCBC has a monthly contest aimed at current and former prisoners, but others are welcome to join. The prize is $50 worth of art supplies. We are looking for excellent colouring of our Viral Hepatitis Colouring Book pages, or new black and white drawings for the second version of the colouring book. For contest details, see page 30 (or ‘vi’) of our colouring book, “HEPATITIS C AND HEPATITIS B CAN BE ELIMINATED: A SERIOUS COLOURING BOOK AND ART CONTEST”:

We’re happy to announce that the winner of our November prize for Colour is an inmate at Mountain Institution (Agassiz). The winner of our December prize for Colour is a member of the Clubhouse (East 11th Avenue, Vancouver). We are keeping the artists’ names confidential pending their approval. We have received a few black and white entries as well, but to get the black/white monthly prize, contestants must suggest words (some text about hepatitis B or C) to go along with the black/white drawing. See the pages in the colouring book (through link above) for black/white ideas, or to download pages to print out and colour.
