NOTE: Policies in the Policy Manual can be easily changed by the Board, while changes to the Society Bylaws must be changed by the Voting Members at a General Meeting. If Policies conflict with Bylaws, the Bylaws have greater force. And if Bylaws conflict with the BC Societies Act, the Act has greater force.
