While we can always use your support and welcome new members and volunteers year-round, we are particularly hoping to hear from you on or before October 3rd this year! This is because November 3rd is our Annual General Meeting (AGM), and in order to vote, you must be an official Member a month in advance of the meeting. Voting by eligible members is either in person or via an online voting system (“Election Buddy”). Membership is free and does not expire unless you request removal from our list. Volunteers and those on our mailing list are NOT automatically members; they must apply for membership separately.
In any case, anyone (member or not) is welcome to attend the HepCBC AGM in person:
